Synthesis of antibacterial potentiator — Trimethoprim (TMP)
This is its primary application. It is a core intermediate for preparing trimethoprim, which is commonly combined with sulfonamide drugs (such as sulfamethoxazole) to make compound preparations like co-trimoxazole for treating respiratory, urinary tract and other bacterial infections, significantly enhancing antibacterial effects.
Synthesis of digestive system drug — Trimebutine Maleate
